All Nations Beach Volleyball

VolleyFirst and SideOut are excited to announce that the All Nations Beach Volleyball tournament is returning to SideOut Leyton with a bang this year!

2024 EVENTS

Saturday 6 July 2024: Men's & Women's 2 vs 2.
Sunday 7 July 2024: Mixed 2 vs 2.

FORMAT & RULES

Men's and Women's 2 vs 2:
- 1-day event.
- All matches on Saturday 6 July.
- Entry is limited to 24 men's and 24 women's teams.

Mixed 2 vs 2:
- 1-day event.
- All matches on Sunday 7 July.
- Entry is limited to 32 teams.

All tournaments:
- You must enter as a team.
- Both players on a team must be from the same country. Playing with someone from a different country will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and at the organisers' discretion!
- Minimum 4 matches per team per tournament.
- Times: Approx. 9:00am-7:00pm each day.
- Detailed schedule and timings will be provided by email no later than the Friday before the event.

PLAYING TOPS

All players will get an awesome customised All Nations beach volleyball playing top included with their entry!

Men's teams get vests, women's teams get female-cut vests OR crop-tops (sports bras) and mixed teams get vests.

Once you have entered online, please respond to the confirmation email with the following information:
- Your team's country;
- Your and your partner's clothing size (from S to XXL);
- Your and your partner's kit number (one player must wear #1 and the other #2);
- For women's teams only: whether you would like vests or crop tops;
- Optional: Your name to be printed on the kit (this is optional, at an extra cost of £10 per team, or £5 per player. The extra cost can be paid on the day of the tournament).

HOW TO ENTER

Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk.
All players must hold a valid SideOut Membership or Single Tournament Pass.
To guarantee a personalised playing top you must enter by Monday 3rd June.
Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament!
All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each event.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

Men's and Women's 2 vs 2:
- £56 per team.
Mixed 2 vs 2:
- £56 per team.

Team numbers are strictly limited, so get your entry in early to avoid disappointment!

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund (less the cost of your playing tops). Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
